On Saturday, October 8, 2022, KSEA New Jersey (KSEA-NJ) Chapter hosted its annual family fall picnic at Donaldson Park located in Highland Park, NJ. Over 50 participants, including 40 KSEA current and prospective members, attended the picnic. The picnic began at 11:30 AM and officially ended at 3:00 PM, which allowed enough opportunities for the attendees to network with other Korean-American scientists and engineers.
CP Hyojin Kim introduced various ongoing and planned KSEA HQ and NJ chapter events to current and prospective KSEA members along with other membership benefits. The attendees also enjoyed Korean food and BBQ. We also took great group photos (e.g., a KSEA hat toss photo with a Drone)! The event ended with a raffle. Overall, the event was a huge success with positive feedback attracting 10 new members and 10 membership renewals.
