- The lifetime membership shall include the following members:
- Regular members who have paid the annual membership dues 20 times in the combination of the previous payments since 1998 when the HQ database started recording due-payments and the advance payment for future dues.
- Regular members who pay at least 15 times of the annual dues in one payment regardless of the previous payments.
- A lifetime member is entitled to the same privileges as a regular member. However, the voting privileges shall be confirmed at least once in two consecutive terms by participating in the General Election or by a written request to the HQ.
- All lifetime members shall be provided a ballot in the General Election. However, she or he will not be counted as an eligible voter if she or he has not participated in the General Election for the most recent three or more consecutive terms including the current term.
- The lifetime member shall be acknowledged in the KSEA media and updated every term.
