KSEA New Jersey Chapter Year-End Party 2023

KSEA New Jersey (NJ) Chapter Year-End Party took place at Rutgers Douglass Student Center on December 8, 2023.

As we wrap up the Year-End, it’s an exciting yet busy season. All NJ Chapter EC members are dedicated to organizing memorable parties for both existing KSEA NJ members and newcomers. 

The program commenced with introductions for KSEA and KSEA NJ chapter, curated by Simon Shim, NJ CP.  CP shared over 50 years of KSEA background history, mission statement, membership benefits, and details about the Math & Science Competition. Additionally, information about events happening in NY and NJ was shared. The recent events include UKC2023 Dallas, New York Digital Vision Forum, NJ Picnic, 2023 Conference on Maritime Logistics & Supply Chain, and 2023 KITEE Entrepreneurship Forum. Following the KSEA introduction, Dr. Kyeongho Yang presented an introduction to Korean American Innovative Technology Engineers and Entrepreneurs (KITEE). As the party came to an end, the anticipation of who would be the lucky recipient of the 2023 Year-End raffle lingered in our minds. The delightful combination of Korean cuisine and Christmas carols filled our hearts with excitement, reminiscent of the joy experienced by young children. A total of 34 members and guests attended the party. Throughout the event, we conducted an introductory session for each attendee, providing an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, reinforcing the idea that we were all part of the larger KESA family.
