KSEA Seattle Chapter Fall Picnic

On September 16th, 2023, the KSEA Seattle Chapter convened for a day of networking, and engaging activities, fostering connections among its members and welcoming newcomers into the fold. With 64 attendees, the event promised to be a vibrant affair, brimming with opportunities for a large group gathering among both new and existing members including young and established professionals, as well as students. The event kicked off at 11 AM with an hour of open networking, setting the stage for attendees to forge new connections within the KSEA community. At noon, participants gathered for lunch, fueling up for the enriching experiences that lay ahead. Amidst this time, bonds were formed over shared interests and aspirations.

Following lunch, the opening ceremony commenced at 1 PM, marking the official start of the day’s proceedings. John Lee, the Chapter President, took over the stadium, articulating the chapter’s vision, extending a warm welcome to all present and emphasizing the importance of community and collaboration within the KSEA Seattle Chapter.

As the afternoon unfolded, attendees eagerly participated in a series of engaging games designed to foster teamwork and creativity. From balloon challenges to cup-based bridge building, each activity served as a platform for collaboration and problem-solving, fostering a sense of connection among participants in a casual setting.

At 3:30 PM, the event drew to a close, with the Seattle Chapter Board Members expressing gratitude to all who attended and extending invitations to future KSEA Seattle Chapter events. This event resulted in promising results, with an increased membership of 32 individuals. We extend our sincere appreciation for the strong support from the KSEA 52 administration, including President Sohn and VP1 Park.
