The 2024 year-end party was a resounding success, with an impressive turnout of over 77 attendees from KSEA Chicagoland members and their significant others. The event commenced with a productive general assembly meeting, followed by an exciting program featuring the Scholarship award ceremony, a delightful dinner, engaging networking sessions, and entertaining games. This occasion provided a valuable opportunity to promote KSEA to the public, express gratitude towards local supporters and past chapter presidents. We were honored to have the presence of esteemed guests, including the KOTRA Chicago Director Rak Gon Kim and the past Chapter Presidents Yonshik Choi, Dongwook Jang, Taeok Bae. Notably, many families came with their significant others. The high school scholarship was awarded to an exceptional student, Noah Hong from Northside College Preparatory High School. He was displaying unwavering commitment to pursuing higher education in environmental science. We also took this opportunity to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of the KSEA YG National/local (Arden Kim and Jeongyoon Lee), Chicagoland YG (Nayoung Seo-IIT) and local student association group (Seok-Gyeong Yoon -UoC, Jun Hyuk Jang -UoC), whose dedicated efforts greatly facilitated chapter events and fostered a sense of unity within our community.
Overall, the 2024 year-end party was a memorable and triumphant event, celebrating achievements, fostering connections.
